A leading destination for maritime culture
Bespoke-designed by ARTEUM, the private sector leader in this field, the bookshop and gift shop is a natural extension of the museum, a stopover shop reflecting the museum’s ethos, a place for inspiration, sharing and passing on the history of the oceans.
Here, you’ll rediscover 300 years of maritime adventures through a wide range of books and exclusive products, with a focus on naval history and its key figures.
For young visitors, the educational and fun books and items are sure to delight your budding defenders of the sea, future sailors or aspiring oceanographers.
A ‘marine concept store’
With a carefully curated, locally sourced selection that explores new materials, the museum offers you a new way of shopping.
As part of an eco-responsible approach, priority is given to biodegradable or recyclable materials, short supply chains and ‘Made in France’ products, whilst respecting both people and the sea.
