Here you will find the services provided by the museum to make your visit more enjoyable.

  • Toilets and baby-changing table

    The museum has toilets (accessible) and a baby-changing table in the reception area. Toilets are also available throughout the visitor route.

  • Equipment loan

    For your comfort, we offer free loan of baby carriers and cane seats. Please ask our security and reception staff.

  • Car park

    Free and paid car parks are located opposite the castle. Another free car park (“Parc à chaînes”) is a 5-minute walk from the entrance, down the hill from the castle at the harbour. For coaches: drop-off is possible in front of the castle, with parking available at the station or at the “Parc à chaînes” (5 minutes).

  • Lost property

    If you have lost something, please contact our reception staff on site.

  • Induction loop

    For hearing-impaired visitors, our reception/ticket desks are fitted with induction loops.

  • Audioguide

    Des audioguides sont disponibles en français, anglais, allemand, espagnol, italien et néerlandais. Non inclus dans le prix du billet. Supplément de 2€ 

  • Lift

    Only the Madeleine Tower has a lift and is accessible to wheelchair users (access to the interpretation area and the terrace).

  • Museum shop

    Discover a wide range of books, toys and gift items in the museum's bookshop. Accessible during the museum's opening hours.
