April to September: 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. daily
October to March: 1:30-6:30 p.m. daily except Tuesdays (except school holidays in zone B)
Annual closure : for 4 weeks after the Christmas holidays, 25 December and 1 May.
The ticket office closes 1 hour before the museum.

Accessibility
The site is not accessible to people with reduced mobility as it includes a great many steps (about 500). The site is therefore not accessible/practicable for pushchairs, but baby carriers are available at the reception. Please note that no lockers are available.

Toilets and baby-changing table
The museum has toilets (accessible) and a baby-changing table in the reception area. Toilets are also available throughout the visitor route.

Equipment loan
For your comfort, we offer free loan of baby carriers and cane seats. Please ask our security and reception staff.

Audio guide
Audio guides are available in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. Not included in the ticket price. Supplement of €2.

Car park
Free and paid car parks are located opposite the castle. Another free car park (“Parc à chaînes”) is a 5-minute walk from the entrance, down the hill from the castle at the harbour. For coaches: drop-off is possible in front of the castle, with parking available at the station or at the “Parc à chaînes” (5 minutes).

Buying your ticket online guarantees you can enter at the time stated on your ticket. However, you can also buy your ticket at the ticket desk without booking in advance.
