  • Audio guides

    Audio guides are available in French, English, German, Spanish and Dutch. Not included in the ticket price, supplement of €2.

     

  • Lost property

    If you have lost something, please contact our reception staff on site.

  • Induction loop

    For hearing-impaired visitors, the reception/ticket desk is fitted with an amplifier and an induction loop system.

  • Car park

    A car park is located at Place de la Gallissonnière; it is a paid car park. In front of the museum there are a few spaces, including 2 reserved for visitors with reduced mobility. Free spaces are available a little further away, on Cours Roy Bry.

  • Baby areas and changing table

    The museum provides parents with a baby area equipped with a microwave, benches and a bottle warmer. A changing table is also available. Please ask reception staff.

  • Toilets accessible to visitors with reduced mobility

    The museum has toilets accessible to visitors with reduced mobility. Please ask reception staff.

  • Equipment loan

    For your comfort, baby carriers and cane seats are available to borrow. Please ask reception staff.

  • Bookshop-gift shop

Buying your ticket online guarantees you can enter at the time stated on your ticket. However, you can also buy your ticket at the ticket desk without booking in advance.
