Practical information

On the occasion of New Year's Eve on December 24 and 31, the museum will close its doors at 4 p.m. (ticket office closes at 3 p.m.). The entire museum team thanks you for your understanding and wishes you a happy holiday season. The museum will be closed on December 25 and January 1.

The museum is open every day (except Tuesday) from 11 am to 7 pm

Late-night opening hours every Thursday until 10 pm

Adapted scenography one Sunday per month from 11 am to 1 pm

Last admission – 1 hour before closing

Closed on 1 January, 1 May, 14 July and 25 December

For your comfort, the museum loans equipment at the reception desk: cane seats, wheelchairs, baby carriers, pushchairs, hearing protection headphones, sunglasses, hearing loops.

Full rate: €15 at the museum ticket office/ €14 on the online ticket office

Reduced rate: €11 at the museum ticket office/ €10 on the online ticket office

Museum ticket – outside exhibition running period

Full rate: €12 at the museum ticket office/ €11 on the online ticket office

Reduced rate: €10 at the museum ticket office/ €9 on the online ticket office

Free for visitors under 18 years old and European Union residents between 18 and 25 years old.

Several activities are on offer for all ages (on-site visit assistance, guided tours, storytelling tours, tour-workshops, etc.)
