The "Place d'Armes" paying underground car park is located 150 metres from the site entrance, at 21 Avenue du Général Magnan, 83000 Toulon. It is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Compliant GIC/GIG parking spaces are located a few dozen metres away, on one side of Place Monsenergue, around Place d'Armes and in Avenue de la République.

  • Toilets

    The museum has toilets accessible from the reception area. The toilets are accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.

    A changing table is available on request at reception.

  • Induction loop

    For hearing-impaired visitors, the reception/ticket desk is fitted with an induction loop.

  • Tactile trail

    A tactile trail has been set up for visitors with a visual impairment. It includes tactile models specially designed for blind or visually impaired visitors. Please ask our reception staff.

  • Lost property

    Lost property is kept for one month at the museum's reception desk, where it can be claimed. It is then handed over to the municipal police's central lost-property service. Please ask our reception staff.

  • Car park

    The paid underground “Place d'Armes” car park is located 150m from the entrance to the site, at 21 avenue du Général Magnan, 83000 Toulon. It is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.

    Compliant GIC/GIG (disabled) parking spaces are located a short distance away, on the other side of Place Monsenergue, and a little further around Place d'Armes and on avenue de la République.
     

  • Refreshments

    Vending machines are available in the reception area for a quick break. Eating and drinking is not allowed in the museum's collection areas.

  • Audio guides

    Audio guides are available in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. They complement the text and information panels in the museum's galleries. Not included in the ticket price. Supplement of €2.

  • Lockers

    The museum has free lockers for backpacks.

    For security reasons, the museum reserves the right to refuse suitcases and hiking bags.

     

Buying your ticket online guarantees you can enter at the time stated on your ticket. However, you can also buy your ticket at the ticket desk without booking in advance.
