Audioguides are available in English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian . Supplement €2 .

Loan of equipment

For your convenience, we offer free loans of baby carriers and extra cane seats. Ask our security and reception staff.

Magnetic induction loop

Our reception desks/ticket offices are equipped with magnetic induction loops for the hearing impaired.

Lost and Found

If you have lost something, please contact our receptionists onsite.

Book and gift shop

Discover a wide selection of books, toys and merchandise at the museum's book and gift shop. Accessible during museum opening hours.

Toilets

The museum is equipped with toilets accessible from the reception area. Toilets are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Tactile tour

A tactile tour is available for visually impaired people. It is largely composed of tactile models specially designed for the blind and visually impaired. Ask our receptionists for more information.

Lifts

As it is equipped with a lift, the entire museum is accessible to people with reduced mobility and pushchairs. The lift is not accessible on your own. You need to contact the receptionists in order to use it.

Catering

Vending machines in the reception area enable you to take a break for a snack. Eating and drinking are not permitted in the museum's collection areas.

Bus: 6, 15, 23, 40 and U - Stop: Préfecture maritime.

The "Place d'Armes" paying underground car park is located 150 metres from the site entrance, at 21 Avenue du Général Magnan, 83000 Toulon. It is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Compliant GIC/GIG parking spaces are located a few dozen metres away, on the other side of Place Monsenergue and a little further on around Place d'Armes and in Avenue de la République.
